Mock Property Management Company was originally a department of Mock Realty Company, which was founded in 1965 by John "Ed" Mock. The two companies have been separate corporations since 1991, but remain closely tied. Bruce R. Mock is the Owner-Broker of Mock Property Management Company and Gail A. Mock is the Owner-Broker of Mock Realty company. Ed Mock is now an active agent for Mock Realty Company and acts as a consultant to Mock Property Management.

Mock mananges over 500 dwelling units, seven homeowners associations and ten office buildings in the Boulder area. We have managed many of these properties for the same owners for several years. Mock has gained recognition as one of the most qualified, ethical and professional real estate organizations in the Boulder County area. Our organized team approach greatly increases our efficiency, keeps us apprised of current market conditions and allows us to maximize return on each owner's individual property.

	Bruce R. Mock's background of business and real estate law provide him with knowledge and experience unique to property management in Boulder. He is a 1977 Summa Cum Laude graduate with a B.S. in business, and obtained a Juris Doctor in 1981 from the University of Colorado Law School. Bruce joined the company in 1990 after nine years in the legal profession as a real estate attorney. He maintains his license to practice law, but as president of Mock Property Management his time is spent in the day to day operation of the company. Bruce also actively manages several office buildings.

	Ed Mock, the founder of the Company, is a consultant to Mock Property Management. He is available to all of our agents on a daily basis. The insights Ed has gained since 1965 in the real estate business greatly enhances our ability to provide each client with top-quality service unparalleled in Boulder.

	Margaret Flaherty, Realtor, has been with Mock Property Management and Real Estate since 1981. Margaret specializes listing properties for sale, working with buyers and in the management of all types of properties, from single family units to multi-unit apartment buildings. She is experienced in all phases of real estate sales and property management including: working with buyers, listing homes for sale, working with investment property owners, preparing comparative market analysis, marketing, annual budgets, contracting for and supervising property improvements and on-site personnel. Margaret is a member of the Boulders Area Board of Realtors, the Boulder Area Apartment Association, IRES and MLS. She is well known in Boulder for her diligence and high standard in the real estate market.

	Tom Van Lieu, Property Manager, has been with the company since 1983 and has hands-on involvement in all phases of investment properties as a full service agent. His commitment to property owners includes marketing, budget preparation, maintaining and improving properties, and a supervisory role to on-site managers. Through the years he has earned a reputation for professionalism, dependability and consistency and is sought out for his knowledge of the Boulder area market.

	Dean Fromm, Property Manager, joined Mock as an on-site manager in 1994. He currently manages a wide variety of residential properties as well as a homeowners association. He has a strong background in building and property maintenance.

	Beth Silverman, Homeowner Association Specialist, Beth has managed rental properties and been involved in real estate for over 25 years. At Mock, Beth is our resident “homeowners association specialist” with a portfolio from three unit HOA’s to larger HOA’s with over 100 units. Beth’s goal is to provide the highest quality professional service to her clients.
